Colors of China - Xiamen
“Capture the Color” is the motto of a photo competition hosted by travelsupermarket.com. For the competition you have to find five perfect pictures representing each a certain color. Well, I traveled a lot and have thousands of pictures to show you. As my entry for the competition, I decided to show you the “Colors of China”:
Arriving at Malta you first of all notice that the island is rich of stones. From above, you see the rough shore line and the dry surface. (On the picture above you in fact see Comino and Gozo when departing Malta). Additionally, you won’t find any lakes and, at least at this time of the year, green trees. So, Malta welcomes us quite dry and dusty. But of course, Malta offers more to us than the lime stone which you find everywhere.
Do you feel Emerald today? Pantone’s color of the year is Emerald. When I’m thinking of Emerald I have several pictures in mind. So, here is my little story about Emerald:
